Hatha Yoga

Suitable for adults and teenagers, men and women, and all body-types. It can easily be modified for people with physical challenges, including obesity, bad backs, knees, necks and for pregnant women.

Astanga Vinyasa (Power) Yoga
A strenuous form of yoga which focuses on a special breathing technique and inner muscular control. This class is suitable for strong beginners as well as more advanced students.

Vinyasa Flow
A very creative form of yoga, which usually involves strong stretches and hard work. Vinyasa Flow uses a special kind of breathing, and inner muscular control.

Iyengar Yoga
A precise and safe form of yoga suitable for all ages and body types.

Private Classes and One-to-One Classes are also available.
